What Shipping Methods Are Available? FAQ
FAQ. We deliver country wide, we make use of various reputable courier companies. As soon as your order is shipped we will send you all the necessary information to track your order. Your order will be delivered to your door.
What Is The Shipping Fees?
FAQ. For orders with a total value of more than R1800, delivery anywhere in South Africa is free. For orders below R1800, there is a flat rate of R180.00 for the delivery to your door.
What is the delivery time for orders?
FAQ. After payment has been received the order will be despatched within 3 days from our premises. Once the courier picks up the order it takes 3 to 4 days for the order to reach the client’s address. Normal delivery time is 4 to 7 days from the date of payment to reaching your door.
What about lost shipments?
FAQ. We at RSA Tool Distributors insure all our product shipments. If in the unlikely event that a shipment goes missing we will replace your order at no additional charge in the shortest time possible.
Damaged Or Missing Parts
FAQ. In the event that your order gets damaged or there are parts missing, please contact us and we will replace the missing or damaged items. You will be asked to ship the damaged goods in their original packaging, back to us as soon as possible. Please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order of any defects or problems.
EFT’s and Proof of payment
If you bank within South Africa, the EFT payments are authorized at most 48 hours after making payment. We will advise you when the payment has been received on our side. Although not necessary to complete the order, a proof of payment will often speed up the process. Please send a copy through to firstname.lastname@example.org using your order number as a reference. 0
